His hat was tattered and worn, with a crude and tasteless saying barely visible on the cap, and his face was unkempt with uneven facial hair growth and remnants of his dinner left behind. Public ServiceHey man, ou sure hes gonna show up? Jimmy asked his companion as he tugged his purple hoodie tighter around his face. The seasonal change was marked this night by chilled air and a stiff northern breeze. This dramatic shift from earlier in the day - when individuals were wearing shorts, T-shirts, and chinos - stunned many tonight. Jimmy did not covet being in this abandoned parking lot tonight, with its lackluster illumination and detritus filled expanses, standing around in the wintertime weather and waiting for some unknown individual. A Brewing Storm_CH.1_Part VA little more than a month went by, and the initiatives passed by Parliament several weeks ago were in full swing. The foundations for fifteen different factories, wells, refineries, quarries and mills began to be laid and the local economies surrounding these new industrial centers were booming. Hundreds, if not thousands, of young and old Irish men and women began to put on their coveralls and erect these necessities of modern capacity. In addition to the economic boom that was sweeping the emerald isle, experts realized that speculators had grossly underestimated the bounty of Irelands natural resources.
